 Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Healing is not one size fits all. It is a deeply personal journey shaped by culture, identity, and lived experience. As a first generation Canadian and Rastafarian, I bring an embodied understanding of intergenerational stories, systemic barriers, spirituality, and resilience into the therapeutic space.

I support clients ages 10 and up as they reconnect with their inner wisdom, build emotional capacity, and move toward meaningful change.

My work is experiential, integrative, and trauma informed, grounded in culturally aware and anti oppressive practice. I offer individual, couples, and family therapy, with a particular commitment to supporting BIPOC clients. I draw from experiential therapies including art therapy, receptive music therapy, somatic experiences, and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), creating opportunities for healing beyond words through creativity, body based awareness, and mindfulness.

Alongside my clinical training, I bring a strong metaphysical and mindfulness foundation to my work. I am a Kundalini yoga teacher and yoga therapist, currently supporting clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents, and I have extensive experience in meditation and contemplative practices. These modalities support nervous system regulation, embodiment, and reconnection.

My background in journalism as a freelance writer informs my deep listening and respect for each client’s story. I also have extensive experience in Child and Youth Counselling, supporting neurodivergent and neurotypical youth across the GTA. I aim to offer a grounded and affirming space where healing unfolds with care, creativity, and authenticity.

Clients often come to me to explore trauma, attachment patterns, emotional regulation, identity, family dynamics, and life transitions.

Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I am here to walk alongside you with care, presence, and respect.
