Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)Welcome. I’m really glad you’re here.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially if you’re carrying grief, navigating a life transition, feeling overwhelmed, or finding yourself stuck in patterns that are hard to shift on your own. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are moving through loss, relationship challenges, anxiety, ADHD, and periods of change that can feel uncertain or heavy. Whatever brings you here, we can take the time to slow things down and make sense of it together.
My approach to therapy is holistic and collaborative, and it shifts with your needs as we work toward your goals. I draw from a range of approaches including somatic therapy, mindfulness, polyvagal-informed work, and existential therapy, alongside more structured modalities like CBT, ACT, REBT, and solution-focused therapy. For couples, I also integrate Gottman-informed approaches. Together, this allows us to both understand what’s happening beneath the surface and build practical, sustainable strategies you can use in your day-to-day life.
I have a particular interest in supporting clients navigating grief, life transitions, and ADHD, including the challenges that can come with focus, emotional regulation, and executive functioning. As someone who received an ADHD diagnosis in adulthood, I understand how complex it can be to move through a world that isn’t always designed for how your brain works. This, alongside my clinical training, allows me to offer a space that is not only non-judgmental, but genuinely affirming and grounded in real understanding.
At the core of my work is the belief that a strong therapeutic relationship is what makes meaningful change possible. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and able to show up as you are. From there, we can begin to explore what’s been weighing on you and move toward something that feels more manageable, more aligned, and more like yourself.
