Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)Helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, substance use, and relationship conflict with practical, collaborative support.
Many of the clients I support are navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, and relationship challenges, and feel stuck in patterns that are hard to break. Whether it’s overthinking, conflict in relationships, or habits around alcohol, nicotine, or other substances, we work together to better understand what’s going on and how to create meaningful change.
I have specific experience supporting individuals with substance use, including alcohol and nicotine dependence such as smoking and vaping. Together, we look at what’s underneath these patterns while also building practical strategies to help you regain a sense of control and stability.
I also work closely with couples who are feeling disconnected, caught in repeated arguments, or struggling to rebuild trust. In our work, I focus on helping you both feel heard while guiding you toward clearer communication, healthier boundaries, and a stronger sense of connection. My role is not to take sides, but to support both of you in understanding each other and moving forward in a more constructive way.
My approach is client-centred, collaborative, and grounded in creating a space that feels respectful, steady, and nonjudgmental. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches to tailor our work to your specific needs. Some clients come in looking for tools to manage day to day challenges, while others are ready to explore deeper patterns. We can move at a pace that feels right for you.
I understand that starting therapy or opening up about certain topics can feel uncomfortable. My goal is to provide a consistent and supportive space where you can begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing and work toward meaningful change.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I also have experience facilitating support groups and working on a mental health hotline, supporting individuals through a wide range of concerns.
