Amy Taylor

Aniin, Hello,

As a Registered Social Worker and a passionate Indigenous Woman, I provide a non-judgemental space in which you can feel free to be your authentic self to explore difficult thoughts and emotions. As unique as every person is, so are the struggles we face. How we process and navigate these experiences is just as unique. Through an integrative trauma-informed approach to therapy, I will assist you in identifying your strengths, overcoming challenges, learning effective coping mechanisms, and working together collectively to bring about positive changes that, in turn, can help to bring you inner peace. Although therapy cannot erase the past, it can help us to understand and process our experiences.

My experience includes working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and relationships. Wherever you might be in your journey, I will walk alongside you at your own pace to help you explore a new path; By fostering a caring and healing atmosphere, it is my intention to help you feel heard, understood, and supported. I warmly welcome both individuals and couples. My office hours are flexible. I can offer evening and weekend appointments if that works for you. I look forward to walking next to you on your healing journey.
