Relationships can be one of the most meaningful and most painful parts of our lives. Many people seek therapy feeling anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, or carrying ongoing resentment that has built over time in relationships, family roles, or caregiving responsibilities. I work with individuals and couples 12+ who are navigating emotional distress, relationship challenges, and periods of transition or loss.
Many of the individuals I support come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, grief, chronic stress, or the impact of chronic illness. Others are struggling with anger, emotional regulation, self esteem, or patterns of people pleasing and codependency that leave them feeling stuck or depleted. I offer a steady and compassionate space to explore these experiences, understand what is driving them, and develop healthier ways of coping and relating.
I also work extensively with couples navigating relationship conflict, loss of trust, intimacy concerns, and infidelity. This includes high conflict relationships, separation and divorce, and sex and intimacy related challenges. My training in sex therapy and complex relational dynamics allows me to support couples through difficult conversations and emotionally charged situations with care, structure, and clarity.
Importantly, therapy does not always begin with both partners in the room. Many people seek individual support when their partner is not ready or willing to attend couples therapy. I work with individuals who are part of a relationship to help them process relational pain, clarify boundaries, understand patterns, and decide how they want to move forward, whether or not their partner is involved in therapy.
My approach is thoughtful, relational, and grounded in evidence based practice. I draw from my extensive experience working with emotional regulation, trauma, grief, and relationship systems, while tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs and pace. I aim to create a space that feels emotionally safe, respectful, and supportive, even when the work itself is challenging.
If you are feeling stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to navigate a relationship or life transition, you do not have to do it alone. I welcome both individuals and couples who are looking for meaningful support and a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships.
You are not too much, too angry, or too broken to be here.
