If stress feels constant, your mind feels loud, emotions are either overwhelming or shut down altogether, or you feel like you’re holding a lot inside without a place to put it, therapy can offer a place to slow things down and make sense of what is happening beneath the surface. I work with teens and adults 12+ who are navigating anxiety, depression, and ongoing stress, especially when these struggles begin to impact relationships, self worth, or day to day life.

While a central focus of my work is supporting men’s mental health I also work with women who may feel overwhelmed, emotionally stretched, or disconnected from themselves in the midst of relationships, expectations, or life transitions. Many men I work with feel pressure to manage everything on their own, struggle with anger or emotional expression, or feel disconnected from themselves or others. I also provide an affirming and supportive space for LGBTQIA+ individuals exploring identity, relationships, and belonging, particularly for those who may not have felt fully understood in other spaces.

I support clients experiencing neurodivergence including ADHD and ASD, social anxiety, burnout, major life transitions, grief, trauma, substance use concerns, and challenges with boundaries, self worth, or coping skills. Some clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they cannot quite name, while others know exactly what is wrong but feel unsure how to change it. Together, we work toward building practical tools that feel usable in everyday life while also making space for the emotional side of things that often gets pushed aside.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and emotionally attuned. I draw from evidence based therapies such as CBT and solution focused work, while staying attentive to each client’s pace, nervous system, and individual needs. I aim to create a therapy space that feels steady, respectful, and grounded, where you do not need to perform, minimize your struggles, or have it all figured out before you show up.

As a therapist, I bring a calm and thoughtful presence to my work. I value honesty, curiosity, and emotional safety, and I believe meaningful change happens when people feel genuinely heard and understood. Many clients describe our work together as straightforward, supportive, and grounding, especially during times that feel overwhelming or uncertain.

If you are looking for a therapist who will meet you where you are, take your concerns seriously, and work alongside you in a practical and compassionate way, I invite you to reach out to see if we may be a good fit.
